First Aid Training
Delivered by certified instructors using manikins, AED trainers and scenario drills — not slides alone.
- Basic First Aid certification for workplace first-aiders (one-day and two-day formats)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR with AED handling
- Bleeding control, fracture immobilisation, splinting and safe casualty transfer
- Burns, chemical splash, eye injury and electrocution first response
- Heat stroke, dehydration and snake-bite protocols for outdoor sites
- Emergency response team (ERT) formation, roles and mock casualty drills
- Refresher and re-certification cycles with named first-aider lists per shift
Fire & emergency training
